◆ Support FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Prefer to just ask? The Support Agent can answer these in-line and escalate anything it can't handle to Alex directly.
Getting started
How long does it take to get my site live after I purchase?
Alex reviews every submission personally. Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours from purchase → live URL delivered to your inbox. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, escalate via the Support Agent — Alex is notified immediately.
Do I need to upload a resume PDF, or can I use my LinkedIn?
A resume PDF is required on the first submission. It's what the AI agent uses as source-of-truth to answer visitor questions accurately. LinkedIn URL is optional but recommended — it helps Alex sanity-check your résumé.
Can I use this for my company / studio / agency, not just my personal résumé?
Yes. Upload the company's brand materials, team bios, and case studies in place of a résumé; use the professional summary field to describe the company. The agent adapts to whatever content you feed it.
Updating your site
I already have a site — how do I update it?
Visit the intake form in reupload mode. Enter your registered email; you'll pick which site to update if you have more than one. The form pre-fills with your current details — change anything, or leave it. Reuploads auto-build without needing admin approval and are covered by your original purchase (no extra payment) for 12 months.
How many times can I update my site?
Unlimited within the 12-month window. Every reupload triggers a fresh build automatically. The admin queue tracks how many reuploads each site has for internal visibility, but there's no hard cap.
Can I change my domain / URL later?
The URL is fixed at build time to keep your links stable. If you need to change it (e.g. you registered a new custom domain), escalate via the Support Agent and Alex will re-provision — this may incur a small setup fee.
Hosting & expiry
How long does my site stay live?
12 months from the first successful build. You'll get an email 14 days before expiry with a repurchase link. If you don't repurchase, the site stops accepting new visitors — your uploaded data stays on file, so a future repurchase picks up where you left off.
What happens to my LLM usage costs?
Included in the 12-month hosting fee. Your site uses a dedicated DeepSeek API key provisioned by Alex, so you never see a separate bill. If your site somehow burns through the token allowance early (rare — would require ~thousands of visitor chats), Alex will contact you before capping.
Can I take my content elsewhere?
Yes — email Alex and he'll export your uploaded files, JSON, and generated images. There is no lock-in on your data.
Refunds & billing
Can I get a refund?
No — all sales are final. There is no refund policy regardless of the situation. See the full Refund Policy for the reasoning. Please review the live demo at profileidhub.com before you purchase to make sure the product is what you want.
What if I'm not happy with the delivered site?
You can raise unlimited change/fix requests until you're satisfied — at no extra cost, within your 12-month hosting window. Two paths: reupload corrected content yourself (auto-builds, no approval needed), or file an escalation through the Support Agent and Alex will hand-adjust whatever you need.
My payment went through but I never got the intake form link.
Check spam for the Stripe receipt — the redirect URL should have taken you to /setupMyResumeAgent?session_id=cs_live_... . If you missed the redirect, escalate via the Support Agent with your Stripe session id and Alex will manually route you.
Bugs, features, escalations
Something on my site is broken — how do I report it?
Use the Support Agent and pick Escalation. Include the URL where it's broken and a screenshot if possible. Alex is emailed immediately and typically responds within 24 hours.
I have a feature idea. Will you build it?
Submit it via the Support Agent as Feedback. If two or more customers request the same feature (the agent auto-detects duplicates), Alex is emailed a recommendation digest. Popular requests are usually built within a release cycle.
How urgent can “urgent” be?
Escalations reach Alex's inbox in real-time. For truly time-sensitive issues (site down, wrong info shown to visitors) mark it as urgent in the escalation form — Alex prioritizes those above feature requests. For anything sensitive that can't go through email, mention it in the escalation and Alex will reach out with a private channel.
Still stuck?
Ask the Support Agent — it verifies your purchase and can escalate directly to Alex.
